About Lembra

Two specialised teams under one company, built for the rituals of Australian office life.

Lembra is an AI-driven catering and celebrations company. Celebrations runs the everyday milestones: birthdays, anniversaries, farewells, new starter welcomes. Catering runs the events that need to land: offsites, all-hands, client events, recurring office meals. Same standard, same brief artefact, same brand on every leg.

Problem

The work nobody puts on a roadmap.

Every growing Australian workplace carries two quiet failures. The first is a culture failure: a birthday slips past without a word, an anniversary is forgotten, a farewell never happens. The second is a coordination failure: when an event needs catering, the person responsible spends a Friday chasing five vendor quotes, reconciling five invoices, hoping five deliveries land in the same fifteen-minute window.

Both are unowned. Both quietly compound. Both depend on one person remembering, and that is the failure mode.

What we built

Two platforms, one company, one standard.

We built two specialised teams to handle the two different shapes of work. Both products run on the same brief artefact. Both deliver to the same dietary standard. Both invoice in one place if you use them together.

Celebrations

Quiet, reliable workplace celebrations.

Connects to your HRIS, remembers every date, orders cakes and gifts from real local bakeries with the right dietary preferences. Never a missed moment.

Catering

One brief. Every vendor. One frame.

You write one brief in plain English; we compose, line up every vendor in parallel, return one quote in one frame. Built for events that need to land.

How we work

We don't make the food. We coordinate the work.

Lembra is the coordination layer, not the kitchen. Each partner we work with (local bakeries on the Celebrations side, catering vendors on the Catering side) prepares and delivers their leg directly to your venue. Their food-safety licence, their cold-chain, their insurance. The food never enters our supply chain.

What we own underneath the surface: the brief you give us, the conversations with each partner, the consolidated invoice, the day-of choreography, and the single relationship you keep instead of the five you'd otherwise carry.

Who briefs us

Mostly the person who used to spend a Friday on this.

Executive assistants planning monthly all-hands. People and culture leaders running ten events a quarter. Office managers in scale-ups where headcount jumped and the rituals never quite caught up. Founders in early-stage teams who care about culture but cannot justify hiring for it.

The common thread is not industry or company size. It is the role of being responsible for things happening, having that responsibility be one of seven things on your plate, and wanting the cake and the catering layer to handle themselves once the brief is in.

What we believe

A few things we won't compromise on.

  • Recognition should be automatic, not heroic. If celebrating someone's birthday depends on any one person remembering, it will fail eventually.
  • Coordination is real work. The people doing it deserve a layer that owns it, not five spreadsheets and a calendar full of vendor calls.
  • Inclusion is not a nice-to-have. A celebration someone on your team cannot eat is not a celebration for them, and everyone at the table notices.
  • Local beats imported. We channel corporate spend toward independent Australian makers who keep getting better at what they do.
  • Good software should disappear. If Lembra is doing its job right, you should not have to think about it.

What we won't do

Honest limits.

  • Serve alcohol that requires a Responsible Service of Alcohol licence. Vendors who hold an RSA can pour at your event; Lembra does not take that risk on the coordination layer.
  • Build temporary structures. Marquees, stages, anything that needs engineering sign-off, all outside scope.
  • Provide nutritional, allergy, or medical guidance. Recipients declare their own dietary needs; we pass that information to vendors.
  • Pretend to be one product when we are two. Celebrations and Catering are sibling teams with their own roadmaps. We never blur them on a brief.

Where we are

Built in Melbourne, working across Australia.

Lembra is based in Melbourne and operates with partner vendors across Melbourne, Sydney, and the major Australian capitals. Brisbane and Perth coverage grows each quarter. Every integration we build is with tools Australian teams actually use; every partner we onboard is a small business we want to keep in business.

If this is the way you'd like your rituals and events to run, the easiest place to start is to tell us what you want. We will route you to the right side with your brief in place.
